Welcome to Vibing With Ames. A new project based on the exploration of resonating frequencies and the effects on the human body.

This project focuses on writing instrumentals tuned to and built around particular frequencies. Most representations of these are in the form of meditations, chants or sound bowls. Not here. Why not experience these frequencies in a format you can sink your teeth into? Beats, samples, acoustic instruments, vocals at times if needed. These are frequency works for living an active life, no need to stop and sit. Hope they have a positive effect on the World.
